摘要
本文分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車研發(fā)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀和采購(gòu)過程中招投標(biāo)管理等各方面的情況，闡述了制作此的理由，并提出了若干解決措施以應(yīng)用于系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中。詳細(xì)分析了在ASP.NET平臺(tái)下以SQL server 2005為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)如何對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行制作，并對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。
供應(yīng)商是項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理中的一個(gè)重要組成部分，項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)時(shí)應(yīng)該本著“公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)”的原則，給所有符合條件的承包商提供均等的機(jī)會(huì)，一方面體現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的規(guī)則，另一方面也能對(duì)采購(gòu)成本有所控制，提高項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的質(zhì)量。本文對(duì)供應(yīng)商選擇問題作了詳細(xì)分析，證明了系統(tǒng)具有的廣闊前景。

ABSTRACT
Supplier is an important component in the procurement management project. Procurement project should be based on the principle of "fair competition", give all of the suppliers who meets the requirements an equal opportunity, on the one hand, reflects the rules of market economy, on the other hand can also have control of procurement costs, improve the quality of project implementation. In this paper, gave a detailed analysis of the supplier choice, to prove that the system has broad prospects.
