畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）中文摘要

設(shè)計(jì)的模具主要是生產(chǎn)鐵柜目錄卡片板。目錄卡片板的生產(chǎn)材質(zhì)是 不銹鋼，采用沖壓加工工藝，因此設(shè)計(jì)一套沖壓模具。我的主要任務(wù)是確定生產(chǎn)工藝，設(shè)
計(jì)沖孔模、翻邊模、切斷模，并將三個(gè)模具設(shè)計(jì)為級(jí)進(jìn)模具。采用沖壓生產(chǎn)是因
為沖壓生產(chǎn)具有質(zhì)量好、效率高、成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)加工方法。為了設(shè)計(jì)更標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、實(shí)
用的模具本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是設(shè)計(jì)能夠一次加工成零件的級(jí)進(jìn)模。這樣能夠把需要三
個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單模具僅用一個(gè)級(jí)進(jìn)模一次加工便能成型。既方便又節(jié)省時(shí)間，節(jié)約了大量
的人力資源。

Abstract
The design mold mainly produces the till catalog card sheet.The catalog card sheet production material quality is the stainless steel, uses the ramming processing craft,therefore designs a set of ramming mold. My primary mission is determined the production craft, the design piercing
