焊接操作機是焊接工裝的一種。它不需要熟練的操作工人,而且能夠大幅度的提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低生產(chǎn)成本。它通常和滾輪架、變位機配合使用,完成各種焊縫的焊接,并且能夠很容易地實現(xiàn)高質量的自動焊接。例如,通過橫梁的水平移動實現(xiàn)管件的直接焊接,與滾輪架配合使用實現(xiàn)管件周邊的焊接和管件凸緣的焊接,與變位器配合使用實現(xiàn)管件凸緣外圍的焊接等等。這種焊接操作機與普通焊接機相比在結構和性能上具有許多優(yōu)點:(1)橫梁位于兩立柱中間。這樣使操作機的承載能力、穩(wěn)定性,橫梁的平衡性都大大提高,而且橫梁的傾斜和旋轉傾向也得到改善。(2)橫梁的水平運動采用摩擦輪驅動。采用摩擦輪驅動能夠使橫梁運動平穩(wěn),從而避免了由于起動、停車所產(chǎn)生的沖擊。(3)橫梁的垂直運動采用鏈提升。這種結構的特點是:(a)與絲杠螺母結構相比,橫梁運動時受到的阻力小。(b)驅動力可以降低很多。

Title Welding Manipulator
Abstract
Welding manipulator is one of welding equipments. It not only requires no skilled operator, but also could increase productivity and reduce production cost. Through combination with turning roll and positioner, it could complete all kinds of work pieces and high quality automatic welding could be realized easily. For example, direct welding by moving the boom, pipe peripheral welding through combination with turning roll, pipe flange welding by combination with a turning roll, flange peripheral welding by combination with a large sized positioner etc. this welding manipulator has many advantages over other manipulators: (1) boom location: center-boom type. Since the boom is balanced centrally between two columns, manipulator is excellent at durability, stability, parallelism of boom, and has less deflection and distortion at boom end. (2) boom traversing : friction drive type. The boom is traversed by rotation of rollers which driven by inverter motor. The rotational friction transmission mechanism makes boom horizontal traversing smooth and is free from boom knocking at start-up or at stopping or by wear. (3) boom elevation: chain suspension type. The boom is suspended by two sets of roller chain. Features of chain suspension type boom are: (a) resistance of boom elevation is less than screw thread type. (b) driving power can be lower.
