餐飲娛樂業(yè)員工流失問題的探討

摘要：
本文以麥樂迪餐飲娛樂管理有限公司為例探討了餐飲娛樂業(yè)員工流失的問題。隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的日趨成熟，餐飲娛樂業(yè)在我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中占有十分重要的地位。我國(guó)現(xiàn)已加入世貿(mào)組織，成為了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體中的一員。服務(wù)行業(yè)中的餐飲娛樂業(yè)作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，同樣也處在改革與發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。但是，員工的大量流失卻阻礙著我國(guó)餐飲娛樂業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文試圖從我國(guó)餐飲娛樂業(yè)員工流失的現(xiàn)狀、影響及原因分析入手，探尋有效控制餐飲娛樂業(yè)員工流失的措施，以便更好地促進(jìn)餐飲娛樂業(yè)的健康、快速發(fā)展。
