摘 要
本文介紹了一種基于單片機(jī)(89C51)的高精度電阻電感電容測(cè)量?jī)x器的設(shè)計(jì).本設(shè)計(jì)采用MAX038單片壓控函數(shù)發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生高精度的正弦波信號(hào)流經(jīng)待測(cè)的電容或者電感和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻的串連電路,通過測(cè)量電容或者電感和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻各自的電壓,利用電壓比例計(jì)算的方法推算出電容值或者電感值.本設(shè)計(jì)利用51單片機(jī)控制測(cè)量和計(jì)算結(jié)果,采用1602液晶模塊實(shí)時(shí)顯示數(shù)值.主要包括正弦信號(hào)發(fā)生器,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻和電感或電容串聯(lián)分壓電路,多路開關(guān),電壓跟隨器,高精度交流有效值轉(zhuǎn)換芯片,A/D轉(zhuǎn)換芯片,單片機(jī),顯示模塊,鍵盤模塊等部分,具有手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)量程,通過單片機(jī)自動(dòng)檢測(cè)分析識(shí)別原件性質(zhì)并通過LCD形象地顯示出來,正弦信號(hào)發(fā)生器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)幅值和頻率的調(diào)整,為了提高精度我們把被測(cè)的交流電壓先通過ICL7650來消除因?yàn)锳D637輸入電阻較低帶來的誤差.實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,本設(shè)計(jì)性能穩(wěn)定,測(cè)量精度高.

ABSTRACT

The paper introduced the design of a microcontroller (89C51)-based high-precision resistor inductance capacitance measuring instruments. This design uses MAX038 monolithic voltage-controlled function generator to produce high-precision sine wave signal through the test of the capacitance or inductance, and the standard resistance series circuit, figure out by measuring the capacitance or inductance, and the standard resistance of the respective voltage, using the method of calculation of the voltage ratio of the capacitance or inductance value. This design uses 51 microcontroller to control the measurement and calculation results, the 1602 LCD modules real-time display values include sinusoidal signal generator, the standard resistance and inductance or capacitance in series voltage divider circuit, multi-channel switch, voltage follower, high-precision AC /Converts the value of the chip, the A / D conversion chip, microcontroller, display module, keyboard module, and other parts, with manual adjustment range by a single-chip automatic detection analysis to identify the original nature of the image through the LCD display, the sinusoidal signal generator can be achieved amplitude andfrequency adjustment, in order to improve the accuracy of the measured AC voltage through the ICL7650 and to eliminate the error caused by the AD637 input resistance lower. experimental test results show that this design, stable performance, high measurement accuracy.
