摘要
近年來，隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，辦公自動化〔OA, Office Automation〕系統(tǒng)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用，辦公自動化是七十年代中期發(fā)達(dá)國家為解決辦公業(yè)務(wù)量急劇增加對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率產(chǎn)生巨大影響的背景下，發(fā)展起來的一門綜合性技術(shù)。它的基本任務(wù)是利用先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)，使人們借助各種設(shè)備解決對一部分辦公業(yè)務(wù)的處理，達(dá)到提高生產(chǎn)率、工作效率和質(zhì)量，方便管理和決策的目的。隨著以計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)為代表的信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，辦公自動化在企事業(yè)單位的管理、經(jīng)營活動中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。
本文針對濟(jì)南大學(xué)提出了一個具體的OA解決方案和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)，論文中論述了JSP等辦公自動化開發(fā)所需要的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。該OA系統(tǒng)采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，幫助用戶降低重復(fù)勞動、提高工作效率。
本系統(tǒng)還存在許多不足的地方，有待不斷的完善，從發(fā)展趨勢看，當(dāng)前辦公自動化系統(tǒng)將逐步過度到以知識管理為核心的新一代辦公自動化系統(tǒng)。

Abstract
In recent years,with the advancement of information techniques the OA system was applied widely .In the middle of the 70’s of the 20th century,the developed countries want to resolve the problem that official business work is sharply increasing,which had edgendered large infection to the productivity of the enterprise.Then as a synthesis technology the Office Automation was developing.The basic task of OA is using the advanced technology and kinds of equipments to deal with a measure of the official work,in order to improve the productivity,work efficiency and make management and decision-making become convenient.Along with the computer technology and communication technology which are the representation of the information......
