本文第一章主要介紹了人力資源整合在企業(yè)并購(gòu)中的重要作用。首先對(duì)企業(yè)并購(gòu)失敗的原因做出探討,其次對(duì)人力資源為什么在企業(yè)并購(gòu)中占重要地位進(jìn)行分析。在文章的第二章中,主要介紹了人力資源整合的原則及實(shí)施。人力資源整合的原則是關(guān)系在整合能否取得預(yù)期效果的關(guān)鍵所在,遵守整合的原則,對(duì)企業(yè)并購(gòu)必將產(chǎn)生有益的影響。人力資源整合是影響企業(yè)并購(gòu)成敗的重要原因。應(yīng)將人力資源整合工作貫穿企業(yè)并購(gòu)全程,在不同階段,采取不同措施整合人力資源。并購(gòu)的人力資源整合工作包括:保留關(guān)鍵人員,重建高管團(tuán)隊(duì);裁員與員工安置;加強(qiáng)人力資源政策體系建設(shè);重視溝通與文化整合。文章的第三章主要介紹了人力資源整合的兩大策略,即穩(wěn)定策略和激勵(lì)策略。企業(yè)間人力資源整合狀況是影響企業(yè)并購(gòu)效果的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題,對(duì)并購(gòu)目標(biāo)企業(yè)的人力資源整合要有計(jì)劃、有策略地進(jìn)行。在第四章中,集中闡述了企業(yè)文化整合。企業(yè)作為一種以人與人的組合為基礎(chǔ)的經(jīng)濟(jì)組織,其生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)行為必然最終都要人格化。因此,企業(yè)制度安排、經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略的選擇,最終都會(huì)在人的價(jià)值理念中得到體現(xiàn),也就是以企業(yè)文化的形式表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。因此,好的企業(yè)文化整合對(duì)人力資源整合會(huì)有很大的幫助。

Abstract
This text chapter one introduce manpower integration of the resources merge important function of in enterprise mainly. Make discussion to enterprise reason failed to merge at first, secondly to why occupy important status analyse in merging in enterprise human resources. In chapter two of the article , have introduced the principle and implementation of the integration of the resources of manpower mainly. The principle of the integration of the resources of manpower is to concern the key point of combining and could make the anticipated result , observe the principle combined , will exert a beneficial influence to merge on enterprises. The integration of the resources of manpower is an important reason influencing enterprises to merge the success or failure. Should run through enterprise whole journey of merging manpower integration of the resources work, at different stages, take and does not combine the human resources with the measure. The work of integration of the resources of manpower merged includes: Keep key personnel, rebuild and manage the group high; Reduce the staff and find a room for the staff; Strengthen the policy system construction of human resources ......
