設(shè)計一臺機動回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺。機動回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺設(shè)置在兩條裝配生產(chǎn)線的90°轉(zhuǎn)角處，實現(xiàn)工件調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)90°方向，從一條裝配線轉(zhuǎn)移到另一條裝配線，要求能迅速準(zhǔn)確轉(zhuǎn)位將直接影響整個裝配線的運行。

摘  要

本課題的目的是對舊的機動回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺做出改進,這個題目是由xxx汽車集團股份有限公司專用設(shè)備廠xxx老師和機械系xxx老師指導(dǎo)。這里需要提出改進措施，解決定位不準(zhǔn)的問題。機動回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)發(fā)動機調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)90°方向，從一條裝配線轉(zhuǎn)移到另一條裝配線，機動回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺設(shè)置在兩條裝配線在90°轉(zhuǎn)角處。這條裝配線是發(fā)動機裝配線。通過設(shè)計擺臂組件和擋塊能很好解決以上問題。本論文主要介紹機動回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺的工作原理；分析論證方案可行性；選擇氣動系統(tǒng)部件；計算并選擇傳動系統(tǒng)重要部件（軸承）；初步設(shè)計計算輥道相關(guān)參數(shù)。

Abstract:
The purpose of this topic does an improvement to the old mobile turn-over work pedestal，this topic is guided by the east breeze incorporated company appropriation of the car group equipments factory Yao gold even teacher. Here need to put forward to improve measure， resolving the problem that the fixed position prohibits. The mobile turn-over work pedestal can carry out to launch machine to adjust to turn 90 ° directions，transfering another assembly line from an assembly line, mobile turn-over work set constitution turns Cape in 90 °s in two assembly lines. This assembly line launches machine assembly line. Passing the design's putting arm module can be easy to resolve with blocking a piece above problem. This thesis mainly introduces a mobile turn-over work the work principle of the pedestal；Analytical argument project possibility；Choosing the spirit moves a system parts；Compute and choose to spread to move the system important parts(bearings)；Initial related parameter of the design calculation way.
