我省農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣與農(nóng)民文化素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀研究
  
中文摘要：隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加速，我省農(nóng)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代化大生產(chǎn)形成了越來越明顯的反差，在“知識(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)”呼之欲出的時(shí)代，許多農(nóng)村仍舊沿襲著畜力耕作的生產(chǎn)方式。農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣工作者試圖通過改革農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣工作來推動(dòng)農(nóng)村的發(fā)展。然而，經(jīng)過多年的農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣實(shí)踐，農(nóng)民科技文化素質(zhì)并沒有得到顯著提高，反而成為阻礙我省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的重要因素。

Abstract：With the rapid development of modern economy and the acceleration of global economic integration, There is a obvious contract with the modern agriculture in Henan province, As the "knowledge agriculture "is  ready to come, many rural areas are still use the animal farming production method.Agricultural extension workers are trying to promote rural development by reforming agricultural extension work.However, after many years of agricultural extension practices, scientific and cultural quality of the farmers have not been significantly improved, but become an obstacle to Henan province ,and it's an important factor in the process of agricultural modernization.
