摘 要

在注塑生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，設(shè)計(jì)者要查詢很多參數(shù)和公式，涉及到大量的數(shù)據(jù)，用計(jì)算機(jī)去完成這些工作，能減輕設(shè)計(jì)者的勞動(dòng)量，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
注塑工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)服務(wù)與管理系統(tǒng)，是為了解決這些問(wèn)題而設(shè)計(jì)的，主要功能包括各種注塑生產(chǎn)工藝資料查詢，注塑模具知識(shí)查詢，工藝卡片的生成與管理，后臺(tái)維護(hù)管理等。這套系統(tǒng)將會(huì)為注塑生產(chǎn)帶來(lái)便利。
通過(guò)到工廠實(shí)踐調(diào)研，查閱相關(guān)注塑模具生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中所涉及的工藝知識(shí)，根據(jù)工廠設(shè)計(jì)師的需求，設(shè)計(jì)了這個(gè)系統(tǒng)的模型。運(yùn)用SQL SERVER 2005作為系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)，配以ASP.NET技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了這個(gè)系統(tǒng)。
注塑工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)服務(wù)與管理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，通用性好，讓設(shè)計(jì)者從繁瑣的查詢中解放出來(lái)，減少了工作時(shí)間，提高了工作效率。同時(shí)，系統(tǒng)具有較好的維護(hù)性和擴(kuò)展性，隨著時(shí)間的推移和軟件設(shè)計(jì)工具、支撐環(huán)境的不斷發(fā)展，系統(tǒng)功能可以隨之進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和完善，達(dá)到一個(gè)較理想的水平。

ABSTRACT

In the process of Injection Molding, the designers have to check many parameters and calculate a lot of formulas. As a result of that, it will relate to large amount of data. However, if the computer is used to complete these tasks, the workload of designer will be reduced and at the same time the producing efficiency will be improved.
The service and management system of the injection molding and die design knowledge is designed to solve these problems; the main functions include a variety of injection molding data query, injection mold knowledge query, process card generation and management, background maintenance and management. The system will provide great convenience for injection molding production.
The system module is designed on the basis of the observation of production practice, accessing to the relevant knowledge involved in the process of injection mold manufacturing process, the needs of the designers. And SQL SERVER 2005 is used as a system database service, together with the ASP.NET technology to achieve this system.
The service and management system of the injection molding and die design knowledge are designed to solve these problems .It has good stability, commonality , it also makes designer liberate from the cumbersome query by reducing time and increasing work efficiency .Meanwhile, The system has good maintainability and scalability. As time went by and the continuous development of the software design tools and supporting environment, the system performance will be followed to further improvement. In the end, it will achieve a more satisfactory level.
