摘 要

由于現(xiàn)代物流理論對當前經(jīng)濟的影響較為突出，因此，社會各界以及政府部門也開始高度重視中心城市的港口物流的發(fā)展，并且對社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起到了積極的促進作用。但是在我國，港口物流的地位以及在現(xiàn)代社會物流中所發(fā)揮的作用遠不及遠遠比不上發(fā)達國家的物流水平，另外，在受到各種環(huán)境條件和技術(shù)水平的制約，其發(fā)展也受到了嚴重的阻礙。本文通過對閱讀大量國內(nèi)外文獻并對其進行分析研究，然后運用與本學(xué)科相關(guān)的理論及方法對港口物流進行綜合評價，最后，結(jié)合該課題的背景對我國港口物流仿真的應(yīng)用與優(yōu)化進行了系統(tǒng)的研究。
文章首先分別對港口，港口物流，以及仿真技術(shù)的相關(guān)概念進行了系統(tǒng)的分析，并指出港口的特點以及港口物流的特征，同時也論述了發(fā)展現(xiàn)代港口物流的重要性和必然性，之后又仿真技術(shù)的應(yīng)用范圍以及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀；然后對我國港口物流的發(fā)展水平進行了系統(tǒng)評價，指出了我國港口物流發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展中遇到的問題，并以天津港為例對港口物流的發(fā)展進行了評價；之后，對我國港口物流仿真和優(yōu)化研究中存在的問題進行分析，并討論了港口物流仿真和優(yōu)化的研究趨勢；最后，運用仿真技術(shù)對港口集裝箱系統(tǒng)、裝卸系統(tǒng)和調(diào)度系統(tǒng)進行了優(yōu)化。
總地來說，本文的研究不僅對港口物流未來發(fā)展具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)意義，而且對其他港口物流園區(qū)的布局規(guī)劃也有一定的參考價值。

This paper respectively on port logistics and simulation technology, the basic connotation of analysis, and points out that the port logistics should possess the characteristics and its importance, and introduces the application range of the simulation technology and application situation; And then in the development of port logistics to the development level of the eva luation system in our country, and points out that the port logistics development present situation and development of the problems in Tianjin port, and as an example of port logistics development eva luation; Later, to our country port logistics simulation and optimization of research and the analysis of existing problems, and discusses the port logistics simulation and optimization research trend; Finally, the simulation technology of port container system, loading and unloading system and scheduling system optimization.
In general, the future development of port logistics not only has certain theoretical guidance, but also on other port logistics park layout planning also to have certain reference value.
