垃圾滲濾液溶解有機(jī)質(zhì)的紅外和熒光光譜比較研究

摘要:分析了永川和江津地區(qū)的垃圾滲濾液的溶解性有機(jī)質(zhì)(Dissolved Organic Matter, DOM)三維熒光特性,研究了三峽庫(kù)尾部分地區(qū)垃圾滲濾液不同分子量區(qū)間的組成和熒光特性隨填埋齡的變化規(guī)律。垃圾滲濾液的紅外和熒光光譜表明,兩個(gè)地區(qū)的主要有機(jī)物為含芳環(huán)氨基酸結(jié)構(gòu)的有機(jī)物和含有羰基和羧基官能團(tuán)的有機(jī)物。垃圾的堆放時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),滲濾液中類蛋白質(zhì)濃度越低,類富里酸濃度越高,說明垃圾中的蛋白類物質(zhì)在腐殖化進(jìn)程中易于降解,腐殖化產(chǎn)生各種腐殖質(zhì)。這對(duì)垃圾滲濾液的處理工作具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

Abstract: By analyzing the three-dimensional fluorescence characteristics of the landfill leachate dissolved organic matter (Dissolved Organic Matter, DOM) in Yongchuan and Jiangjin area, examining the composition of various molecular weight of landfill leachate and the variation regular pattern of fluorescence with the landfill age in the parts of the Three Gorges Tail and get the infrared and fluorescence spectroscopy, we find that the major organic matters in the two regions were that containing the aromatic amino acid and the structure carbonyl and carboxyl functional groups of organisms. Judge from the variation of three-dimensional fluorescence spectra with the time of garbage piling in two regions, we can conclude that the longer the pile of garbage, the lower concentration of protein in landfill leachate, the higher the concentration of fulvic acid, which indicate that the protein waste humic substances is easily degradable,in the process, and produce a variety of humus by humification. This has certain significance for the processing of landfill leachate.
