摘  要


隨著可編程序控制器(PLC)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,由于其高可靠性、高性價(jià)比、廣泛的工業(yè)現(xiàn)場適應(yīng)性和方便的工藝擴(kuò)展性能,PLC在電力系統(tǒng)的控制過程中得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。目前,可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)的應(yīng)用,解決了存在的諸多問題。PLC功能強(qiáng)大,以它為自動(dòng)控制的核心,能夠?qū)⑦壿嬁刂?、過程控制和運(yùn)動(dòng)控制這三控集于一體,可方便、靈活地組合成不同規(guī)模和需求的控制系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代多功能自動(dòng)控制。

現(xiàn)代電力系統(tǒng)日趨復(fù)雜,電壓等級(jí)的升高,系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)問題的可能性比以往有所增加,因此,必須有足夠的措施保障系統(tǒng)的安全,將電力系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)所造成的損失減到最低,繼電保護(hù)技術(shù)是各種安全措施保護(hù)功能中最為重要的一種。高壓輸電線路自動(dòng)重合閘功能作為電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)裝置保護(hù)功能的重要組成部分。它在保證系統(tǒng)安全、穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行等方面起著非常重要的作用。

針對(duì)輸電線路常出現(xiàn)暫時(shí)性的故障,為提高供電的可靠性,在線路上須裝設(shè)自動(dòng)重合閘裝置。為保證觸頭開斷過程的電弧總能量最小,要求實(shí)行定相合閘,通過芯片KJ008在獲取電壓的過零信號(hào)后產(chǎn)生觸發(fā)脈沖,選用FX2N-32MR型PLC為控制模塊,編寫PLC程序,控制斷路器的合閘時(shí)刻。

Abstract


With the development of technology of programmable logic controller, and because of its high reliability, high ratio of performance to price, PLC has found more and more broad adaptability in industry spot and convenient technique expansibility, so PLC become more and more abroad in the automation process control in high-voltage breaker. At present, the programmable logical controller (PLC) application has solved existence many problems. Programmable Logic Controller (hereafter abbreviated as PLC), has powerful functions. As a core of automation of power system, it combines logic control, process control and motion control, and can be easily and flexibly organized into a control system on different scales to meet various requirements. So, the control system is multi-functional and modern.

With the modern electric system becoming more complicated and voltage grade keeping elevated,the probability that system comes forth some problems is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary for us to take adequate measures to ensure the security of the system and minimize the loss when the system fails to function. Relay protection technique is the most important one among diversified safety precautions. As the important part of relay protection devices, the high-voltage transmission line auto-reclosing function acts as the crucial role in system safety, stability and economical running.

For transmission lines often appeared a temporary failure, to improve power supply reliability, on-line on the installation of automatic reclosing devices. To ensure that the process of breaking contact arc total energy minimum, called for the zeros closing phase, through the chip KJ008 in obtaining the zero voltage signal after the trigger pulse, optional FX2N-32MR-PLC for the control module, prepared by the PLC program, the closing moments is set.
