摘要
隨著電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,可編程控制器(以下簡稱PLC)不斷更新、發(fā)展,PLC控制是自動控制中最常見控制方式之一,自動門就是自動控制應(yīng)用的一典型例子,由于可編程控制器具有很好的處理自動門的開關(guān)控制及良好的穩(wěn)定性,而且可以很簡單的改變控制的方式,因此,自動門的生產(chǎn)商家很多都運用PLC來做門的控制器。目前自動門在日常生活中運用越來越廣泛。
本文論述的自動門控制系統(tǒng)主要由以下幾部分構(gòu)成:可編程控制器(PLC)、信號采集裝置、變頻器、驅(qū)動裝置、傳動裝置。可編程控制器選用日本三菱電機公司生產(chǎn)的FX2N-32M小型PLC;信號采集裝置選用上海晶園微電子公司生產(chǎn)的微波感應(yīng)器;變頻器采用日本三菱電機公司生產(chǎn)的FR-540變頻器;驅(qū)動裝置采用天津安全電機有限公司生產(chǎn)的YSM100/112、W、S三相異步電動機,額定轉(zhuǎn)矩為0.43N.m,額定轉(zhuǎn)速為400r/min;傳動裝置采用皮帶來帶動門的運動。本設(shè)計對于周圍環(huán)境的要求較低。
本設(shè)計主要的工作原理是通過信號采集裝置判定有無人經(jīng)過并將信號轉(zhuǎn)換成開關(guān)量信號傳到PLC,PLC根據(jù)開關(guān)信號的來控制變頻器的開停和速度的變換,在由傳動裝置帶動門運動。
本文總共分五個章節(jié)進行敘述其軟、硬件結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理等,具體如下:
第一章介紹自動門的國內(nèi)外自動門現(xiàn)狀,本課題研究的內(nèi)容和目的意義。
第二章主要介紹自動門控制系統(tǒng)方案的設(shè)計。
第三章介紹了自動門的硬件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,PLC的選型,變頻器的選型,系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),自動門控制電路,控制電路的連接。
第四章介紹了系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)計,PLC梯形圖概述,編程軟件的介紹,程序流程圖,程序的編寫工作。
第五章主要介紹了梯形圖程序的下載,調(diào)試及結(jié)果分析。

Abstract
With the development of electronic technology, the programmable controller ( PLC of the following abbreviation ) constantly updated, development, PLC control is the control of the most common control mode of automatic control, automatic door is a typical example of application, the programmable controller has good processing automatic door switch control and good stability, and can be simple change the control way, therefore, automatic door production businesses are using PLC to do door controller. This paper discusses the automatic door control system mainly consists of the following components: programmable logic controller ( PLC ), a signal acquisition device, frequency converter, driving device, transmission device. Programmable controller selects the Mitsubishi Motor Company produced FX2N-32M small PLC; signal acquisition device selection of Shanghai Crystal Park microelectronics company production of microwave sensor; frequency converter using Japan's Mitsubishi Motor Company produced FR540converter; drive device adopts the Tianjin security motor limited production of YSM100/ 112, W, S three-phase asynchronous motor, rated torque for0.43N.m rated speed,400R / min; the transmission device uses the belt to drive the movement of the door.
