摘要
食品安全是食品的種植、養(yǎng)殖、加工、包裝、貯藏、運(yùn)輸、銷售、消費(fèi)等活動(dòng)符合國家強(qiáng)制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求，不存在可能損害或威脅人體健康的有毒有害物質(zhì)以導(dǎo)致消費(fèi)者病亡或者危及消費(fèi)者及其后代的隱患。
食品安全直接關(guān)系到人民的身體健康和生命安全，關(guān)系到社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。當(dāng)前我國食品安全問題十分嚴(yán)重，食品中毒、假冒偽劣、出口受阻等不良事件時(shí)有發(fā)生，社會(huì)危害和影響十分惡劣，嚴(yán)重?fù)p害了我國的聲譽(yù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。因此，探究我國食品安全的影響因素及發(fā)展趨勢具有十分重要的意義。
本文首先對(duì)我國食品的安全現(xiàn)狀做了概述。其次，認(rèn)真分析了影響我國食品安全的主要因素。第三，在全面把握我國食品安全現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)出我國食品未來的發(fā)展趨勢。最后，針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國食品存在的問題，提出完善我國的法律法規(guī)，提高食品安全意識(shí)等的建議。

ABSTRACT
Food security are the activities that accord with the country compulsivestandard and requirements,including food’s planting, breeding, processing, packaging, storage, transportation, sale and consumption, and does not exist the hidden danger that the noxious substances could damage or threat the health of human to cause the death of consumer or endangering the consumer and their offspring.
Food security not only relate the people's health and the security directly, but relate the social stability and the development of the national economy. Currently, the problem of food safety is very serious in our country. The bad event often occur, such as food poison, fake and shoddy, the export is blocked and so on. The social harm and the influence are very bad, and it has damaged our country's prestige and economic interest seriously. Therefore, inquired into the influencing factors and the trend of development of our country's food security have the very vital significance.
In this paper, firstly, summaried the present situation on security of our country's food, secondly, analyzed the main factors that influe the food security of our country, thirdly, based on grasp the present situation on security of our country's food, summaried the trend of development on our country's food in future, finally, based on the problems that exist in our country's food, advance some suggestions that consummates our country's laws and regulations, and improve the consciousness of food security and so on.
