摘 要

隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的逐年深化，使得國(guó)內(nèi)中小企業(yè)都面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，管理體制的不完善、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)不能和集團(tuán)性質(zhì)的大公司相競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，成為中小企業(yè)發(fā)展需要解決的首要問題，而即使企業(yè)具有了一定先進(jìn)的技術(shù)，由于管理體制中種種問題的制約，也不能使企業(yè)在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占有一席之地。
