沖床自動(dòng)送料裝置設(shè)計(jì)全套



  摘     要

         沖床自動(dòng)送料裝置是配合沖床工作，以提高沖床的工作效率，同時(shí)減輕工人的勞動(dòng)量，提高沖壓工藝的自動(dòng)化程度。

            本設(shè)計(jì)方案的原理：動(dòng)力從沖床帶輪取出，通過傳動(dòng)軸傳遞給送料輥和廢料卷料筒，同時(shí)完成板料的送進(jìn)和廢料的卷起。帶輪將動(dòng)力通過齒條傳遞給齒輪，齒輪和一個(gè)單向超越離合器相聯(lián)結(jié)，只傳遞正向的轉(zhuǎn)矩。單向超越離合器帶動(dòng)傳動(dòng)軸1轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，由軸1上的齒輪帶動(dòng)送料輥送料。軸1和軸2通過摩擦離合器聯(lián)接，由軸2上的齒輪帶動(dòng)卷料筒卷起廢料。卷料筒在卷起廢料的過程中直徑會不斷增加，致使軸2的圓周速度增加，當(dāng)卷料筒的卷料速度大于送料速度時(shí)，由于摩擦離合器所傳遞的轉(zhuǎn)矩過大，摩擦片就會打滑，從而消減卷料筒的卷料速度。

         送料輥分為主動(dòng)輥和從動(dòng)輥，從動(dòng)輥是可調(diào)的。當(dāng)

料送進(jìn)時(shí)，擰緊從動(dòng)輥兩端的緊定螺釘將從動(dòng)輥壓下，從而壓緊板料，并且通過兩輥軸的摩擦力來實(shí)現(xiàn)板料的送進(jìn)。  卷料筒是可拆卸的，當(dāng)廢料卷滿后，卸下卷有廢料的卷料筒，除去所卷廢料后再安裝到卷料結(jié)構(gòu)上繼續(xù)使用。為了提高效率，可以增加一個(gè)卷料筒，兩個(gè)卷料筒交替使用。

                     Summary

            Puncher give material device to cooperate with puncher work , in order to improve working efficiency of puncher automatically, lighten workers' amount of labour, and improve the automatic degree of pressing the craft .

           Principle of this design plan : Power take wheel take out from puncher, is it is it give material roller and waste material rolls of material tube to give to transmit through drive shaft, the ones that finish board material rolling with waste material at the same time are sent. Bring wheel through transmit give gear wheel by rack , gear wheel and one one-way to surmount clutch bind power, only transmit the torque turning towards. One-way to surmount clutch drive 1 drive shaft rotate , is it hand over material roller to hand over the material to drive by gear wheel of 1 axle. Axle 1 and axle 2 is bound through rubing the clutch, driven a roll of material tube to roll the waste material by the gear wheel on axle 2. Rolls of material tube diameter will increase constantly during the process of rolling waste material, is it increase to cause axle 2 circumference speed, as rolls of rolls of material , material of tube being speed heavy to when give the speed of material , rub torque that clutch transmits too big, the friction disc will skid , thus subdue the speed of a roll of material of a roll of material tube.

             Sending the material roller to be divided into a initiative roller and driven roller, the driven roller is adjustable. When the board material is sent to , tighten driven roller both ends make screw is it down to pigeonhole driven roller closely, compress tightly board material , is it realize through two roller frictional force of axle board material send to to come.

        A roll of material tube is detachable , after the waste material one is full, unload a roll of material tube with waste material , is it is it get to install one more material structure continue using after the rolls of waste material to remove. In order to raise the efficiency, can increase pieces of material tube , two pieces of material tube are used alternativly.
