摘 要

近年來，我國的移動通信事業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛，網(wǎng)絡質量的好壞己成為網(wǎng)絡運營商
占領移動通信市場、把握成敗的關鍵，網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化的目的就是要使網(wǎng)絡處于最佳的
運行狀態(tài)以獲得最好的經(jīng)濟效益。網(wǎng)絡質量的惡化導致用戶掉話己成為各運營商
主要投訴來源，如何綜合采用各種優(yōu)化技術和手段來提高網(wǎng)絡的性能同時有效降
低掉話率，已成為各運營商面臨的最大問題。
掉話影響著每一位用戶的主觀感受，也直接影響著用戶對運營商的信任。隨著GSM移動用戶的壯大，GSM網(wǎng)絡的日益成熟，各運營商也愈來愈重視整個網(wǎng)絡的運行質量和服務質量。作為無線網(wǎng)絡質量的一個重要指標，如何降低掉話率也成為各個運營商、設備商所關注的話題。本論文通過對GSM網(wǎng)絡掉話問題的分析，并且結合實際情況，找出各種解決掉話的方法。首先從移動通信的基本概念、發(fā)展歷史入手，分析了GSM移動通信系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀、網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化的重要性，然后從網(wǎng)絡角度和企業(yè)角度解釋了網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化的基本目的，并詳細介紹了網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化的概念、網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化的流程、網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化的常用工具及常見網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化問題的定位和解決、討論了GSM數(shù)字移動通信無線系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化問題；分析了目前網(wǎng)絡中掉話、干擾、話務不均衡等一些常見問題產(chǎn)生的原因，給出了解決這些常見問題的網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化方法及經(jīng)驗等內容。
