占領(lǐng)移動(dòng)通信市場、把握成敗的關(guān)鍵，網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的目的就是要使網(wǎng)絡(luò)處于最佳的
運(yùn)行狀態(tài)以獲得最好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量的惡化導(dǎo)致用戶掉話己成為各運(yùn)營商
主要投訴來源，如何綜合采用各種優(yōu)化技術(shù)和手段來提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)的性能同時(shí)有效降
低掉話率，已成為各運(yùn)營商面臨的最大問題。
掉話影響著每一位用戶的主觀感受，也直接影響著用戶對(duì)運(yùn)營商的信任。隨著GSM移動(dòng)用戶的壯大，GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的日益成熟，各運(yùn)營商也愈來愈重視整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)行質(zhì)量和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。作為無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)，如何降低掉話率也成為各個(gè)運(yùn)營商、設(shè)備商所關(guān)注的話題。本論文通過對(duì)GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)掉話問題的分析，并且結(jié)合實(shí)際情況，找出各種解決掉話的方法。首先從移動(dòng)通信的基本概念、發(fā)展歷史入手，分析了GSM移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀、網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的重要性，然后從網(wǎng)絡(luò)角度和企業(yè)角度解釋了網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的基本目的，并詳細(xì)介紹了網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的概念、網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的流程、網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的常用工具及常見網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問題的定位和解決、討論了GSM數(shù)字移動(dòng)通信無線系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問題；分析了目前網(wǎng)絡(luò)中掉話、干擾、話務(wù)不均衡等一些常見問題產(chǎn)生的原因，給出了解決這些常見問題的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化方法及經(jīng)驗(yàn)等內(nèi)容。
