摘 要
本設(shè)計為尚志市污水處理廠工程工藝設(shè)計,污水處理廠處理規(guī)模為一期40000m3/d,二期60000 m3/d。污水主要來源為生活污水和工業(yè)廢水,主要污染物質(zhì)為NH3-N、BOD、COD,適宜采用生化處理方法。經(jīng)過方案比較,確定采用三槽式氧化溝工藝。NH3-N、BOD、COD的去除率分別達到92%、93%、89%,污水處理廠處理后的出水達到《污水綜合排放標準》(GB8978-1996)中的二級標準。
污水和活性污泥的混合液在氧化溝中進行不斷的循環(huán)運動,具有良好的去除BOD、COD及脫氮除磷的功能。另外,工藝流程簡單,構(gòu)筑物少,構(gòu)造形式多樣,運行較為靈活,運行穩(wěn)定性好,基建投資省,運行費用低,操作管理方便,出水水質(zhì)好也是氧化溝優(yōu)于其他處理工藝的地方。

Abstract
This design is about the sewage treatment plant in Shangzhi City. The construction of this plant is 40000 m3/d. The main origin of the sewage is the sanitary sewage and the industrial waste. The main polluting is the NH3-N, BOD, COD. It is suitable to use the biochemistry processing method. After the comparison of the plan, the Three Type Oxidation Ditch craft was chosen as the process. The elimination rate of the NH3-N, BOD, COD respectively achieved 92%, 93%, 89%. The outlet water of the treatment meets the level two of the National Sewage Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).
The mixed liquor of the sewage and the activated sludge are sporting unceasingly in the oxidation ditch. It is good to exclude BOD、COD and take off the nitrogen and the phosphorus. Additionally, the simple processing, the few buildings, the varied structure, the nimble movement, and the good stability of the movement, the province initial cost, the low operating cost, the convenient operation and management, the good quality of the letout water are also the places which the oxidize ditch is better than the other technology.
