摘 要
本文首先分析了企業(yè)工資管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀，闡述了本工資管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)目的。通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)的選擇原則、系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)工具的選擇一系列問(wèn)題的分析確定了系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)。全文分為開(kāi)發(fā)方法的選擇、系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)施、系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行及維護(hù)、開(kāi)發(fā)總結(jié)及對(duì)管理信息系統(tǒng)的展望等內(nèi)容。接著闡述了MIS系統(tǒng)基本理論，并在此理論指導(dǎo)下，詳細(xì)給出了從工資管理系統(tǒng)分析到總體設(shè)計(jì)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)及測(cè)試的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，本系統(tǒng)作了客觀評(píng)價(jià)評(píng)價(jià)，指明了系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、缺點(diǎn)以及系統(tǒng)的升級(jí)方向，此外，文章還對(duì)當(dāng)前本工資管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀及企業(yè)工資管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析和展望，并結(jié)合國(guó)情，對(duì)目前企業(yè)的管理信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)提出了一些參考建議

This text analyzed the applied present condition of the business enterprise wages management system first, elaborating that this wages manages the development purpose of the system.Passed a series of problem of choice that develops the tool to the database choice principle, system of the technical present condition and development, the database system analytical to make sure the development terrace of the system.The full text is divided into the choice of develop the method, system programming, system analysis, system design, system implement, system movement and maintenance, development summary and to manage the outlook of the information system etc. contents.Elaborated the basic theories of system of MIS immediately after, and guide in this ories under, detailed give manage from the wages the system analyze total design the detailed design and realization and test of each link, this system made the objective evaluation evaluation, indicating the realistic meaning, weakness of the system and the upgrade direction of the systems, in addition, the article return to a wages manages the system of present condition and the business enterprise wages managed the development trend of the system to carry on the analysis and outlooks, and combine the state of the nation, putting forward some references suggestion currently to the construction of the management information system of the business enterprise.
