摘要
本設(shè)計采用A/O工藝(即厭氧—好氧工藝)處理城市生活污水,處理量為22000m3/d.該處理的原始水質(zhì)為高濃度水質(zhì),水質(zhì)指標(biāo)為:CODcrcr300mg/l;BOD5為250mg/l;SS濃度為260mg/l。
在處理前段,污水通過曝氣沉砂池進行預(yù)曝氣處理,為后續(xù)工序的處理減輕負荷.水質(zhì)去除率可達到:BOD5為22%;CODcr為20%;SS為10%.
在處理過程中,污水通過厭氧塘和生物接觸氧化池這兩個重要工藝段,分別進行厭氧—好氧處理。在厭氧段中,厭氧塘的結(jié)構(gòu)采用了UASB反應(yīng)器的一些結(jié)構(gòu)形式, 再加上布水器具有促使污泥與原有有機物充分混合的作用,使得厭氧程度得到進一步加深。處理水質(zhì)為:CODcr濃度為200mg/l;BOD5濃度為180mg/;SS濃度為50mg/l.在好氧段中,生物接觸池采用二段式的生物接觸氧化池.污水經(jīng)過兩次氧化池,兩次沉淀池交替作用,去除率可達到:CODcr為82%;BOD5為88%;SS為50%.最終出水指標(biāo)為:CODcr濃度為55mg/l;BOD5濃度為15mg/l;SS濃度為10mg/l,該出水水質(zhì)已達到國家一級B類排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn).

Abstract
This design uses A / O process (that is anaerobic - aerobic process) treatment of municipal sewage, the handling capacity of 22000m3 / d. In the aerobic segment, the bio-contact tank with two-stage biological contact oxidation tank. Effluent after two oxidation ponds,the role of the two sedimentation basins alternately, the removal can be achieved: CODcr of 82%; BOD5 of 88%; SS is 50%. the ultimate water indicators: CODcr concentration of 55mg / l; BOD5 concentration of 15mg / l; SS concentration10mg / l, the effluent quality has reached the national level, Class B emissions standards.
