摘要：質(zhì)量控制、進(jìn)度控制和成本控制是建筑項(xiàng)目中最重要的三個(gè)因素，任何一個(gè)因素都影響到項(xiàng)目的價(jià)值高低，甚至決定著項(xiàng)目的成敗。本文主要分析建筑項(xiàng)目施工中影響工程質(zhì)量和工程進(jìn)度的因素，從而尋找加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量控制與進(jìn)度控制的方法，還通過“三控制”間的相互聯(lián)系來協(xié)調(diào)相互之間的對立面。希望能通過這次研究對今后的工程項(xiàng)目管理研究提供一點(diǎn)參考，對實(shí)際的工程項(xiàng)目管理工作產(chǎn)生一些現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義的作用。

Construction project quality and schedule control study

Abstract：Quality control, progress control and cost control is the most important construction project of three factors, any factors affect the project value discretion, and even decide the project success.This paper mainly analyzes the factor of affectting construction project quality and construction schedule,thus looking for strengthening quality control and schedule control method, through "three control" to coordinate the relationship between the opposites between each other. Hopefully through this research on future project management research, provide some references to the actual engineering project management produce some instructive significance role.
