摘要 活塞桿是大量生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的主要部件,尤其是減震器上的主要零件,所以活塞桿兩端螺紋內(nèi)部的雜質(zhì)需要螺紋拋光機(jī)快速清除,并且保證工件質(zhì)量滿(mǎn)足工藝要求。此活塞桿的材料為45鋼,零件外形尺寸為350~460mm且清潔度要求:螺紋牙形內(nèi)部不能存在鐵屑等雜質(zhì)D<0.2mm的微小顆粒.
本文是基于此進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)拋光機(jī)。其原理是拋光機(jī)利用拋光輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)拋光螺紋,而拋光輪在電機(jī)主軸直接帶動(dòng)下,通過(guò)由PLC(可編程控制器)控制各氣壓缸的動(dòng)作來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)拋光。根據(jù)這一原理,對(duì)拋光機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),選擇出合適的部件。此螺紋拋光機(jī)最終能通過(guò)按開(kāi)始按鈕或停止按鈕實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)進(jìn)料、自動(dòng)出料。拋光效率為:3秒/支;結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際條件實(shí)現(xiàn)最大程度的自動(dòng)化;拋光機(jī)的低成本,噪聲小等特點(diǎn)。

Design of the Thread Polisher
Abstract Piston rod is the main component of the production equiptment,specially in the shocker absorber, so inclusions of the thread in the both end of piston rod were promptly removed by the thread polisher in order to ensure the parts quality of meeting the process requirement . Material of the piston rod is 45 steel , outside dimensions are 350~460mm and the desired cleanliness: the diameter of iron chips or other particles in the thread socket are less than 0.2mm
Based on the above conditions, thread polisher was designed. Working principle of this polisher involves polishing the thread by employed the rotation of polishing wheel which directly drives through the shaft of motor under controling the each cylinder by the PLC. According to the principle, structure of the polisher was designed and calculated to select the appropriate components. This thread polisher finally realized to feed and unloading the works automatically which can press the button“start” and “stop”. Polishing efficiency is 3s percent each piece; combining the spot conditions to realize the maximal degree of automation,and it has the merit of the low cost and noise and so on.
