摘 要
本文對(duì)金屬切削機(jī)床的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述,主要設(shè)計(jì)深孔鉆削鏜床,深孔鉆削鏜床是專(zhuān)門(mén)加工圓柱形深孔工件的設(shè)備,機(jī)床床身剛性強(qiáng),精度保持性好,我們進(jìn)行了實(shí)地考察,在老師的指導(dǎo)下對(duì)機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)一些結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。
值得注意的是這次對(duì)深孔鉆削鏜床床身部分的設(shè)計(jì),在老師的指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)機(jī)床的各個(gè)部分進(jìn)行深入的了解,對(duì)我們以后的工作有很大的幫助。

Abstract
cutting machines design has been described systematically in this paper.the main design is Deep hole drilling and boring,it specially produces Cylindrical deep hole, the rigid of Machine bed is good,it can take Precision very well, We made an on-the-spot investigation,we have analyzed Machine structure under the direction of our teacher and improved some structure of it.
it's worth noting that this design of the Machine bed of Deep hole drilling and boring,under the direction of our teacher, we have had a deep understanding of Machine,it will help us a lot for our future work.
