[摘要] 用黃花蒿及中國粗榧浸膏作為化感物質(zhì)對小麥幼苗的化感作用的測試表明,試驗(yàn)小麥的長勢隨化感物質(zhì)的濃度增大而減弱。用供試樣品設(shè)置梯度(中國粗榧為0.05g、0.075g和0.1g浸膏每1ml酒精,黃花蒿為0.3g、0.5g和0.8g粉末加10ml水)對小麥幼苗處理后對切過氧化物酶及淀粉酶活性進(jìn)的測定表明,過氧化物酶(POD)活性隨化感物濃度增大而增大,中國粗榧處理后過氧化物酶與對照組相比抑制率分別為-43.9%、-29.2%和-13.3%,黃花蒿抑制率分別為-61.7%、-40.0%和-25.3%;淀粉酶活性隨化感物濃度變大而減小,中國粗榧處理后α淀粉酶的抑制率分別為21.0%、21.0%和37.3%,總酶活抑制率分別為8.3%、20.8%和29.2%,黃花蒿處理后α淀粉酶抑制率分別為25.7%、39.6%和51.1%,總酶活抑制率分別為12.5%、12.5%和37.5%,α淀粉酶活性的抑制率大于總酶活的抑制率。黃花蒿對小麥幼苗2種酶的抑制率比中國粗榧大。

Effect of Leaching Liquor Materials of 2 Plants in 2 Enzymes of Wheat Sprout
[Abstract] In the study on the effect on wheat about allelopathy with using Artemisia annua L. soaked out material and Cephalotaxus sinensis leaching liquor material as allelochemicals, we found the growth of wheat became weak as the allelochemicals dense more. With a grads of material for test which 0.05g,0.075g,0.1g Cephalotaxus sinensis added 1ml alcohol and 0.3g,0.5g,0.8g Artemisia annua power with 10 ml pure water, We took a test about the activity of amylase and POD on wheat sprout for the sake of making their mechanism clear. While the test , the POD became more active while the dense of allelochemicals increase, and the activity of amylase weak while the allelochemicals increase. The bate ratio of Cephalotaxus sinensis to POD activity are -43.9%、-29.2%、-13.3% in each consistency, and the Artemisia annua to it are -61.7%、-40.0%、-25.3% of each consistency. After the Cephalotaxus sinensis used in wheat ,the bate ratio to α- amylase are 21.0%、21.0%、37.3% in each consistency ,and the bate ratio to amylase are 8.3%、20.8% and 29.2%.With Artemisia annua using on wheat, the bate ratio toα- amylase are 25.7%、39.6%、51.1% in each consistency ,and the bate ratio to amylase are 12.5%、12.5%、37.5%. The efficacity of Artemisia annua to wheat in Allelopathy is stronger than what the Cephalotaxus sinensis be.
