超聲波清洗機(jī)及其PLC控制

摘 要

本文主要介紹了超聲波清洗原理及超聲波清洗的PLC控制系統(tǒng)，使清洗工作可以高效率高質(zhì)量的完成。超聲波技術(shù)出現(xiàn)在二十世紀(jì)初期，發(fā)展極為活躍，如今已經(jīng)滲透到國(guó)防建設(shè)、國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)、人民生活和科學(xué)技術(shù)等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。超聲波清洗的高效率和高清潔度顯示出了它巨大的優(yōu)越性。在未來(lái)的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和生活中也將會(huì)得到巨大的發(fā)展應(yīng)用。在本文中在分析了超聲波清洗生產(chǎn)線工作流程的基礎(chǔ)上，采用PLC控制方案，給出了PLC控制系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件設(shè)計(jì)，使系統(tǒng)高效的完成生產(chǎn)線上的清洗任務(wù)，可以充分體現(xiàn)出PLC所具有的功能強(qiáng)、可靠性高、編程簡(jiǎn)單、使用方便、體積小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本文運(yùn)用學(xué)到的可編程控制器的梯形圖語(yǔ)言將程序編寫(xiě)，并完成PLC的編程調(diào)試來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)控制要求。在超聲波清洗生產(chǎn)線中，完成精密機(jī)械零件從清洗到烘干的全自動(dòng)過(guò)程，收到了良好的清洗效果，提高了生產(chǎn)效率。

ULTRASONIC CLEANING MACHINE BASED ON PLC CONTROL

ABSTRACT

This paper introduces the principle of ultrasonic cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning line of PLC control systems to clean and efficient high-quality work can be completed. Ultrasonic technology in the early twentieth century, the development of very active, has now penetrated into national defense construction, national economy, people's life and science and technology fields. Ultrasonic Cleaning of high efficiency and high cleanliness showed its tremendous superiority. In the future industrial production and daily life will also be a huge development and application. In this article the analysis of ultrasonic cleaning line workflow based on the use of PLC control program, gives the PLC control system hardware and software design, making the system highly efficient production line to complete the cleaning task, which can fully reflect the PLC has functionality, high reliability, programming is simple, easy to use, small size, and so on. In this paper learn the language to programmable logic controller ladder programming, and complete debug PLC programming to achieve the control requirements. Ultrasonic cleaning line, complete precision machinery parts from cleaning to drying of the automatic process, received a good cleaning effect and improve the production efficiency
