摘 要

錨絞機(jī)是船舶配套的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一,傳統(tǒng)錨絞機(jī)設(shè)計以經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計為主,成本高,效率低,而模塊化設(shè)計方法能在制造成本、設(shè)計周期和快速響應(yīng)等方面滿足市場的需求,提高了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的自動化程度和競爭力。
本文對船舶錨絞機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)模塊化設(shè)計進(jìn)行探索性研究。本研究主要內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新工作如下:
(1) 根據(jù)模塊化的相關(guān)理論和方法,總結(jié)提出面向客戶需求、產(chǎn)品生命周期和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新性三種角度下的模塊劃分方法,并將模糊聚類分析方法應(yīng)用于模塊化分方法中,確定了不同模塊劃分方法的適用性。
(2) 基于不同船型所配備錨絞機(jī)類型的劃分及各種類型錨絞機(jī)特點(diǎn)的分析,歸納總結(jié)船舶配備錨絞機(jī)的一般規(guī)律和影響錨絞機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)變化的因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對錨絞機(jī)模塊化設(shè)計進(jìn)行研究,完成了錨絞機(jī)模塊化設(shè)計流程的規(guī)劃,以及基于模糊聚類分析的錨絞機(jī)產(chǎn)品的模塊劃分。
(3) 分析錨絞機(jī)的工作原理和系統(tǒng)中各部件的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,得出各部件之間的相互關(guān)系,并研究出錨絞機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計基本參數(shù)的確定方法,以及錨絞機(jī)各主要組成模塊結(jié)構(gòu)的計算數(shù)學(xué)模型,完成錨絞機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的整體設(shè)計。
(4) 根據(jù)錨絞機(jī)模塊劃分結(jié)果、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計計算數(shù)學(xué)模型及模塊化平臺策略。運(yùn)用VB.NET程序語言和CAD二次開發(fā)技術(shù),采用面向?qū)ο蟮募夹g(shù),開發(fā)具有人性化界面的錨絞機(jī)設(shè)計平臺,該平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)錨絞機(jī)模塊化三維模型的參數(shù)化設(shè)計,可以方便、精確、快速的設(shè)計并建立所需的錨絞機(jī)模型。

Abstract
Anchor and windlass is one of the key equipments of shipbuilding. Traditional design of anchor and windlass is experience-based, costly and inefficient compared with the modular design method, which can meet the market demand for manufacturing cost, design cycles and rapid response, and enhance the automated level of product design and competitiveness.
The modular design of anchor and windlass was studied, and the main contents of which are as follows.
(1) According to the theory and methods related to modular design, module division methods oriented to customers’ requirements, the product life cycle and the innovation of products were concluded and proposed. Fuzzy clustering analysis method was used in the division method to determine the applicability of different module division.
(2) Based on the division of anchor and windlass types in different ship modes and analysis of their characteristics. General regular of anchor and windlass in shipbuilding equipment and Impact factors causing the changes of anchor and windlass structure were summarized and advanced. Through researching on modular design of anchor and windlass, planning of modular design process of anchor and windlass, and modular division based on fuzzy cluster analysis of anchor and windlass were completed.
(3) By analyzing the working principle of anchor and windlass and the structural properties of their different parts, linkages between the various components was gained. The method for determining basic parameters of structural design was obtained. The calculated mathematic model of the main components' structures was achieved. Therefore, the overall design of anchor and windlass was accomplished.
(4) According to the modular dividing results of anchor and windlass, the calculated mathematic model of structural design, platform strategy of Modular, programming language VB.NET and secondary development technology of CAD and object-oriented technology were applied to develop design platform with user-friendly interface. The platform realized the parametric design of modular three-dimensional model and anchor and windlass, which achieves the quick design and modeling of anchor and windlass.
