摘 要
隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,知識已經(jīng)成為人類經(jīng)濟(jì)社會向前發(fā)展的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力,不斷創(chuàng)造出新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn),在人類社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。這就迫切需要將知識與知識、知識與活動(dòng)、知識與組織連結(jié)起來,實(shí)現(xiàn)知識轉(zhuǎn)移,然后通過知識的再創(chuàng)新,以贏得更大的競爭優(yōu)勢,進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生知識的價(jià)值增值效應(yīng)。
高校作為一種知識密集型組織,其自身擁有著豐富的知識資源,是知識創(chuàng)新的重要源泉。高校的知識轉(zhuǎn)移已經(jīng)成為我國企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的重要載體,越來越多的企業(yè)通過共享和轉(zhuǎn)移高校互補(bǔ)性知識,來提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的能力。高校與企業(yè)之間的優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ),相得益彰,加速了高校知識的轉(zhuǎn)移。無疑,研究高校知識轉(zhuǎn)移價(jià)值增值具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和使用價(jià)值。通過分析高校與企業(yè)之間的知識轉(zhuǎn)移,探析高校知識轉(zhuǎn)移價(jià)值增值的內(nèi)涵與實(shí)質(zhì),有利于將高校知識服務(wù)于企業(yè)生產(chǎn),提高企業(yè)的知識存量和知識價(jià)值,提升企業(yè)的核心競爭能力,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)我國知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
目前對國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),知識轉(zhuǎn)移研究的起步較晚,研究的層次還大多停留在知識轉(zhuǎn)移概念和影響因素的理論分析上,實(shí)證研究甚少。本論文首先提出了本課題的研究背景、研究意義和研究創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),通過對文獻(xiàn)的回顧,歸納了知識的基本涵義、知識轉(zhuǎn)移的內(nèi)涵及理論模型,總結(jié)了高校知識轉(zhuǎn)移價(jià)值增值的一般過程。在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)整個(gè)知識轉(zhuǎn)移過程中參與主體的不同,分別從雙邊和多邊的角度,剖析了高校知識轉(zhuǎn)移價(jià)值增值的影響因素,并構(gòu)建了高校知識轉(zhuǎn)移價(jià)值增值模型。最后,根據(jù)相關(guān)變量對高校知識轉(zhuǎn)移價(jià)值增值進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,運(yùn)用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。

Abstract
With the coming of knowledge economy age, knowledge has been become the main key drivers of human society development, create the new economy growth point continuously, which also plays an more and more important role in the sustainable development of the human society. So, it is urging to correlate knowledge and knowledge, knowledge and activity, knowledge and organization as soon as possible, to realize knowledge transfer, then take out knowledge innovation, so as to win more competitive advantage, finally produce the value-added effects.
As one of the knowledge-intensive organization, universities possess the plentiful knowledge resource, which is an important source of knowledge innovation. The universities’ knowledge transfer has become an important carrier of the enterprises’ technology innovation. More and more firms share and transfer the complementary knowledge of universities to improve their ability of producing merit. The universities and firms can are complementary to each other and being in a win-win condition, which strengthen the universities’ knowledge transfer. Undoubtedly, it has important realistic meanings and using value to study the value-added of the universities’ knowledge transfer. Analyzing knowledge transfer between firms and universities, discussing the connotation and essence of the value-added of the universities knowledge transfer, are benefit to make the university knowledge serve the firms’ production, to promote the firms’ knowledge quantity and knowledge value, and promote the core competitiveness of the corporation, so as to push the national knowledge economy development.
Through the study of literature at home and abroad, there is a fact that the study of knowledge transfer was just stuck in the theoretical research of concepts and the transfer influencing factors, empirical research is little. Thesis first proposed the research background, research significance and innovative point of this topic, through the literature review summarize the basic meaning of knowledge, the connotation of knowledge transfer and the theoretical model, analyze the general process of value-added of universities’ knowledge transfer. Based on this, according to the different departmental in knowledge transfer process, summarize the impact factors to knowledge transfer value-added from the bilateral and multilateral perspectives, and build the value-added model of the universities’ knowledge transfer fellow. Finally do an empirical research on the value-added of universities’ knowledge transfer using the relative variables, survey results were analyzed using SPSS statistical software.
