東西部資金使用效率的比較

【摘要】本文從實證的角度對比分析了東西部地區(qū)資金使用效率的差距。文章通過宏觀和微觀兩個方面對這種差距進行了對比。宏觀上不但比較了東西部地區(qū)的資本生產(chǎn)率、勞動生產(chǎn)率和綜合要素生產(chǎn)率，而且還比較了各地區(qū)產(chǎn)出彈性的絕對數(shù)值；微觀上對各地區(qū)全部國有及規(guī)模以上非國有工業(yè)企業(yè)主要經(jīng)濟效益指標進行了比較分析。通過兩個方面的對比分析，找出了東西部地區(qū)資金使用效率的差距，并分析了其原因，最后還從實證的角度給出了西部地區(qū)應(yīng)該優(yōu)先發(fā)展的地區(qū)。

[Abstract] From the positive point of view, this paper compares and analyzes the differences of efficiency of capital usage between eastern regions and western ones. It compares the difference from the both macro and micro perspectives. For macro aspect, it compares the differences not only of capital productivity, labor productivity, total factor productivity but also of output elasticity between eastern regions and western ones. For micro aspect, it compares main indicators on economic benefit of all state-owned and non-state-owned above designated size industrial enterprises by region. After the comparison of two points of view, the differences of efficiency of capital usage between eastern regions and western ones are found, and the reasons are analyzed. Finally, the western regions that should be firstly developed are indicated from the positive point of view.
