摘 要
針對(duì)老年人頸椎病設(shè)計(jì),采用臥式牽引法。根據(jù)人身體平均尺寸180cm的身高,100kg的體重,加上系統(tǒng)自重100kg,從而初選腳桿為內(nèi)徑22.5mm,外徑33.5mm的圓管,其材料經(jīng)受力分析及校核選ZG35即可。而人頸椎在受到150-200N力的牽引下可使得椎間隙有明顯變化,治療效果較好。加上系統(tǒng)力,大液壓缸推力要達(dá)到220N。再根據(jù)人力25N推動(dòng)小液壓缸,經(jīng)一些列閥和管道帶動(dòng)大液壓缸的運(yùn)動(dòng)。根據(jù)這兩工作力選定液壓缸內(nèi)公稱壓力為1MPa,經(jīng)計(jì)算,小液壓缸內(nèi)徑為10mm,大液壓缸內(nèi)徑為36mm,小液壓缸外徑為18mm,大液壓缸外徑為44mm,其都采用o型密封圈和毛氈圈來密封,尾部安裝方式為單耳環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)安裝,其端部采用焊接連接。而其小活塞桿直徑是6mm,大活塞桿直徑是28mm,與活塞的連接方式都是半環(huán)連接,端部都采用外螺紋結(jié)構(gòu),而活塞桿采用45號(hào)剛,活塞采用耐磨鑄鐵。

Abstract
For the elderly cervical spondylosis design, adopts the horizontal traction method. According to the body height of average size180cm,100kg weight, plus the system weight100kg, and initial foot rod for inner diameter of 22.5mm, diameter33.5mm pipe, the material is subjected to a force analysis and check of ZG35can be selected. While the human cervical spine under 150-200N stress under the traction can make the intervertebral space changes obviously, the treatment effect is good. System coupled with a large force, the force of hydraulic cylinder to achieve 220N. According to the human 25N driving a small hydraulic cylinder, the number of valve and the pipeline drives the movement of the hydraulic cylinders. According to the two selected work force of hydraulic cylinder for nominal pressure1MPa, by calculation, a small hydraulic cylinder diameter is 10mm, a big hydraulic cylinder diameter is 36mm, a small hydraulic cylinder diameter is 18mm, a big hydraulic cylinder diameter is 44mm, its use of O type sealing ring and a felt ring seal, rear mounting means for a single earring structure installation, its ends are connected by welding. The small piston rod diameter is 6mm, the large piston rod diameter is 28mm, and the piston connection way is half ring connecting, end with an external thread structure, and the piston rod adopts45 just, piston made of the wear resistant cast iron.
