底座蓋注塑模具畢業(yè)設(shè)計

摘要

本課題主要是針對底座蓋的模具設(shè)計, 底座蓋具有重量輕、易清潔、耐腐蝕老化、強度高、使用壽命長,制作方便、價格低廉等特點。通過對塑件進行工藝的分析和比較,最終設(shè)計出一副注塑模。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性,具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細的設(shè)計,同時并簡單的編制了模具的加工工藝。通過整個設(shè)計過程表明該模具能夠達到此塑件所要求的加工工藝
塑料制品具有原料來源豐富,價格低廉,性能優(yōu)良等特點。它在電腦、手機、汽車、電機、電器、儀器儀表、家電和通訊產(chǎn)品制造中具有不可替代的作用,應(yīng)用極其廣泛。注射成形是成形熱塑件的主要方法,因此應(yīng)用范圍很廣。
注射成形是把塑料原料放入料筒中經(jīng)過加熱熔化,使之成為高黏度的流體,用柱塞或螺桿作為加壓工具,使熔體通過噴嘴以較高壓力注入模具的型腔中,經(jīng)過冷卻、凝固階段,而后從模具中脫出,成為塑料制品。
依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量和塑料的工藝性能確定塑件采用注射成形法生產(chǎn)。該產(chǎn)品設(shè)計為大批量生產(chǎn),故設(shè)計的模具要有較高的注塑效率,澆注系統(tǒng)要能夠自動脫模,此外為保證塑件表面質(zhì)量采用點澆口,因此選用單分型面注射模,點澆口自動脫模結(jié)構(gòu)。模具的型腔采用一模八腔平衡布置,澆注系統(tǒng)采用點澆口成形,推出形式為十六推桿推出機構(gòu)完成塑件的推出。由于塑件的工藝性能要求注塑模中有冷卻系統(tǒng),因此在模具設(shè)計中也進行了設(shè)計。本次的設(shè)計中不僅參考了大量紙質(zhì)文獻,而且在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上查閱資料,設(shè)計過程比較完整。

ABSTRACT

Mold cavity eight-cavity mold with a balanced layout, gating system using point gate forming, introduced in the form of introduction agencies to complete sixteen putting the introduction of plastic parts. As performance requirements of plastic injection molding process in the cooling system, so also in the mold design to design. The only reference to the design of a large number of paper documents, and access to information on the Internet, the design process is complete.
