乳粉包裝稱重系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:論文分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外稱重技術(shù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,主要討論了一個(gè)用于工業(yè)控制且功能較齊全的自動(dòng)稱重系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)。隨著自動(dòng)化和管理現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)展,自動(dòng)在線稱重,快速動(dòng)態(tài)稱重和稱重系統(tǒng)中有了很大的發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步采用新技術(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)各種自動(dòng)稱重系統(tǒng),提高稱重的準(zhǔn)確度。
論文所介紹的自動(dòng)稱重系統(tǒng)是應(yīng)用于工業(yè)上的乳粉包裝自動(dòng)稱重中的,它的實(shí)現(xiàn)有兩個(gè)過(guò)程,第一階段由異步電機(jī)帶動(dòng)粗螺旋推進(jìn)器給料,這一階段可看成為粗調(diào)過(guò)程,給料重量一定要小于額定重量。第二階段由步進(jìn)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)細(xì)螺旋推進(jìn)器進(jìn)料,可看成是細(xì)調(diào)過(guò)程,使實(shí)際重量等于要求的額定重量。本系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用了傳感器,各種芯片及單片機(jī)。工業(yè)性能強(qiáng),便于應(yīng)用與工業(yè)上。

Abstract: This paper on the basis of weighing technology development at home and abroad, focuses on the development of automatic weighing systems for industrial control function is complete. With the progress of the automation and management modernization, the automatic weighing line, fast dynamic weighing and weighing system has been greatly developed, further adoption of new technologies, develop a variety of automatic weighing systems, improve the accuracy of weighing.
