畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書（論文）中文摘要

在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)及各種場(chǎng)合中自動(dòng)化的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越多，越來(lái)越廣泛。對(duì)石英晶體封焊過(guò)程而言亦是如此。為提高效率特采用氣動(dòng)機(jī)械手抓取及單片機(jī)控制的方式對(duì)手動(dòng)的晶體封焊機(jī)進(jìn)行了自動(dòng)化改進(jìn)。設(shè)計(jì)中的機(jī)械手的動(dòng)作靠電動(dòng)缸實(shí)現(xiàn)平移，氣缸實(shí)現(xiàn)升降，電磁鐵實(shí)現(xiàn)手抓的開(kāi)合。從而抓取振動(dòng)料道送來(lái)的晶體。實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)送料。機(jī)械手微型化多功能化的廣泛應(yīng)用，以及自動(dòng)控制的迅速發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為了大的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，各個(gè)方案對(duì)比后選擇了一種自動(dòng)上料的機(jī)械手、該機(jī)械手成本低廉、便于操作實(shí)用性強(qiáng)且效率高廢品率低，適應(yīng)了時(shí)代的要求。

Abstract
In the modern industrial various occasions on-the-spot, the application of automation is more and more, more and more extensive. What study for crystal is at the same time also such. To raise efficiency adopt pneumatic manipulator specially to grab take and the way of single flat machine control the crystal machine of soldering and sealing for by hand have carried out automation improvement. Design in the movement of manipulator lean electric big jar realization level to move，Cylinder realizes litre to fall，Electro-magnet realization hand grab suit open. So grab to take vibration material road the crystal that sent. Realize send material voluntarily. Manipulator is mini and mutifunction to apply extensively, as well as the quick development of automatic control have become big develop tendency, when being going to investigate in many ways, it is cheap to reach this structural simple easy, trip cost operate practicality easily strong just efficiency high percent defective low , have met the requirement of times.
