At present,the main control way in automation field are rlay control,microcomputer control and PLC control. Compared with the relay control system and the microcomputer control systerm, the PLC control systerm has a series of advantages, such as little work load of designing,installing,wiring and debugging, short cycle of development of working environment and convenient maintenance. Meanwhile, the relay control systerm has already been few used on the machine control systerm is inferior in ability of anti-interference, high in requirement of working environment and long in desigong and developing cycle of the control systerm. So its application has being on deining trnd in the automation conrol field by year.
目前,在自動化領(lǐng)域的主要控制方式是rlay控制,微機控制和PLC控制。 PLC控制體系構(gòu)建與繼電器控制系統(tǒng)和微機控制體系構(gòu)建,具有一系列優(yōu)點,如小的設(shè)計工作負載,安裝,接線和調(diào)試,工作環(huán)境的發(fā)展周期短,維修方便。與此同時,“繼電器控制體系已被使用的機器上的控制體系構(gòu)建是劣勢,抗干擾能力強,工作環(huán)境的要求高和控制體系構(gòu)建,在desigong和發(fā)展周期長。所以其應(yīng)用上逐年deining在自動化conrol領(lǐng)域trnd的。
