Pick to: early in the 20th century 70's, the concept of energy-saving building was officially proposed, the core of energy-saving building is to reduce energy consumption and enhance the architecture in building energy efficiency. But as China's sustained rapid economic growth, urbanization, high-rise building development has entered a residential areas, and become the mainstream of the construction industry. So, for the high-rise building energy saving design research, has become a hot issue of concern to the people.
This paper discusses high-rise building energy-saving design summarized the present situation of and prospects for our country, the hope can high-rise building energy-saving design better and the international community, provide certain reference.

Energy is human survival and development of the basic conditions, along with the social progress and the rapid development of social economy, energy demand and supply, saving energy increasingly prominent contradiction between the current human face is one of the important tasks. But the energy conservation of the building is a basic world architecture development trend, as well as building a new growth point of science and technology.
Along with the reform and opening-up and the rapid development of economy, China's high-rise buildings built in a high-rise building, the 1980s boom of the development is in the 1990s into the leap development stage. In high-rise building toward a higher, more strong direction at the same time, the energy saving design the general trend of development in human body to improve and health and improving the conditions of comfort, energy efficiency, rational utilization of resources, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, protecting environment for human survival. Therefore, high-rise building energy-saving design has become the world's architectural community, the concern of Chinese construction has become a hot issue.
摘 要:早在20世紀70年代,建筑節(jié)能的概念就被正式提出,建筑節(jié)能的核心是減少建筑能耗,提高建筑中的能源利用效率。而隨著我國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)快速增長,城市化進程加快,高層建筑的發(fā)展已進入到住宅領(lǐng)域,并成為建筑行業(yè)的主流。因此,對于高層建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計的研究,已經(jīng)成為人們普遍關(guān)心的熱點問題。
  本文對我國高層建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計的現(xiàn)狀進行了總結(jié)和展望,希望可以為我國高層建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計更好地與國際接軌,提供一定的參考。

  能源是人類賴以生存和發(fā)展的基本條件,隨著社會進步和社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,能源需求與供給的矛盾日益突出,節(jié)約能源是人類當前面臨的重要任務(wù)之一。而建筑節(jié)能是世界建筑發(fā)展的一個基本趨勢,也是建筑科學(xué)技術(shù)的一個新的增長點。
  隨著改革開放和經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,我國高層建筑大量興建,80年代我國高層建筑的發(fā)展進入了興盛時期,90年代進入了飛躍發(fā)展的階段。在高層建筑向著更高、更強方向發(fā)展的同時,其節(jié)能設(shè)計的總趨勢也發(fā)展為在增進人體健康、提高舒適性的條件下,有效利用能源、合理利用資源、減少溫室氣體排放、保護人類生存環(huán)境。因此,高層建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計已經(jīng)成為世界建筑界共同關(guān)注的課題,亦成為中國建筑業(yè)熱點問題。
