加工中心主傳動系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計
摘要:數(shù)字控制是近代發(fā)展起來的一種自動化控制技術(shù),是用數(shù)字化信號對機床運動及其加工過程進(jìn)行控制的一種方法,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,數(shù)控機床已經(jīng)是一個國家機械工業(yè)水平的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。加工中心就是裝有程序控制系統(tǒng)的一種數(shù)控機床。該程序控制系統(tǒng)能夠邏輯地處理具有使用號碼,或其他符號編碼指令規(guī)定的程序,本設(shè)計的調(diào)速系統(tǒng)也就是通過控制系統(tǒng)來實現(xiàn)的。還有主傳動系統(tǒng)也是尤為重要的一個部分,加工中心就是將加工過程所需的各種步驟以及刀具與工件之間的相對位移量都是用數(shù)字化的代碼來表示。

Abstract:Digital control is modern developed a kind of automation control technology, digital signal of machine with sports and its processing process control one method, with the rapid development of science and technology, nc machine tools is a national mechanical industry level of important standard. Machining center is equipped with process control system of a kind of numerical control machine. The program control system can logically processing have use number, or other symbols the procedures prescribed by the coded instructions, the design of the drive system is realized by controlling system. And main transmission system is also particularly important a part, machining center is to supply all kinds of processing steps and cutter and the relative displacement between parts are with the digital code to said.
