This European Standard was approved by CEN on 30 April 2004.
本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)於2004年4月30日經(jīng)CEN批準(zhǔn)認可.

CEN members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which stipulate the conditions for giving this European Standard the status of a national standard without any alteration. Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such national standards may be obtained on application to the Central Secretariat or to any CEN member.
歐盟標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會成員必須遵守歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會/歐洲電工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會的內(nèi)部章程, 這些規(guī)章規(guī)定了使本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不作任何改動就已具備國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)同等效力的條件.時至今日,有關(guān)這些國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的最新的清單及參考書目可從中央秘書處或任何CEN成員處申請得到.

This European Standard exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language made by translation under the responsibility of a CEN member into its own language and notified to the Central Secretariat has the same status as the official versions.
本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)現(xiàn)有三種正式版本(英語,法語,德語),其它任何在CEN成員授權(quán)下翻譯成其自已語言的且通報中央秘書處的版本具有正式版本同等的效力.

CEN members are the national standards bodies of Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
