摘要

本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是運(yùn)用工程造價(jià)知識(shí)，建筑施工知識(shí)，招投標(biāo)知識(shí)編制的一份招標(biāo)文件。本招標(biāo)文件包括招標(biāo)文件,工程量清單、招標(biāo)控制價(jià).

這次做的這個(gè)工程是一個(gè)交通便利的小區(qū)，小區(qū)位于肇慶市星湖大道南側(cè)，背靠大山，前面臨湖，是一個(gè)風(fēng)景宜人，交通發(fā)達(dá)的地方。該項(xiàng)目投資3000萬，計(jì)劃在一年內(nèi)完工，甲方是進(jìn)南房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展有限公司，是肇慶市最大的本土房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展有限公司。
我們招標(biāo)目的是：最合適的施工單位花最少的錢做高質(zhì)量工程。
在招標(biāo)文件里面，你可以知道項(xiàng)目概況，招標(biāo)的方法，招標(biāo)的流程，甲方對投標(biāo)方的資格要求，評(píng)標(biāo)的流程，也會(huì)了解到招標(biāo)過程需要注意的地方。另一方面，投標(biāo)方需要做的，中標(biāo)后甲方對投標(biāo)方的要求，投標(biāo)的過程等我都會(huì)做詳細(xì)的介紹。最后，一些規(guī)范的表格，和一些合同的條款我都會(huì)詳細(xì)介紹到。
本次設(shè)計(jì)中的清單量可以在招標(biāo)控制價(jià)里面體現(xiàn)，可以再控制價(jià)里面查詢清單量，所以在招標(biāo)文件里面不會(huì)過多的出現(xiàn)。
招標(biāo)控制價(jià)是我通過廣聯(lián)達(dá)算量軟件算量接著用博奧計(jì)價(jià)軟件套價(jià)算出來的。招標(biāo)控制價(jià)由
招標(biāo)控制價(jià)組成：分部分項(xiàng)工程費(fèi)，措施項(xiàng)目費(fèi)，其他項(xiàng)目費(fèi)。
(1)分部分項(xiàng)工程費(fèi)。
分部分項(xiàng)工程費(fèi)應(yīng)根據(jù)招標(biāo)文件中的分部分項(xiàng)工程量清單項(xiàng)目的特征描述及有關(guān)要求，按規(guī)定確定綜合單價(jià)進(jìn)行計(jì)算。綜合單價(jià)中應(yīng)包括招標(biāo)文件中要求投標(biāo)人承擔(dān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用。招標(biāo)文件提供了暫估單價(jià)的材料，按暫估的單價(jià)計(jì)人綜合單價(jià)。
（2）措施項(xiàng)目費(fèi)
措施項(xiàng)目費(fèi)應(yīng)按招標(biāo)文件中提供的措施項(xiàng)目清單確定，措施項(xiàng)目采用分部分項(xiàng)工程綜合單價(jià)形式進(jìn)行計(jì)價(jià)的工程量，應(yīng)按措施項(xiàng)目清單中的工程量，并按規(guī)定確定綜合單價(jià)；以“項(xiàng)”為單位的方式計(jì)介的，按規(guī)定確定除規(guī)費(fèi)、稅金以外的全部費(fèi)用。措施項(xiàng)目費(fèi)中的安全文明施工費(fèi)應(yīng)當(dāng)按照國家或省級(jí)、行業(yè)建設(shè)主管部門的規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)價(jià)：
（3）其他項(xiàng)目費(fèi)由暫列金額，計(jì)日工，暫估價(jià)組成。
