摘  要：當(dāng)今社會(huì)己進(jìn)入信息社會(huì)時(shí)代，信息己經(jīng)受到社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注，被看作社會(huì)和科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展的三大支柱（材料、能源、信息）之一。信息是管理的基礎(chǔ)，是進(jìn)行決策的的基本依據(jù)。在一個(gè)組織里，信息己作為人力、物力、財(cái)力之外的第四種能源，占有重要的地位。然而，信息是一種非物質(zhì)的，有別于基本資源的新形式的資源。信息也是管理的對(duì)象，必須進(jìn)行管理和控制。個(gè)人辦公系統(tǒng)是將IT技術(shù)用于辦公信息的管理, 它能夠收集與存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備的檔案信息，提供更新與檢索辦公信息檔案的接口；提高工作效率。系統(tǒng)采用JSP為編程語(yǔ)言。論文主要介紹了本課題的開發(fā)背景，所要完成的功能和開發(fā)的過(guò)程。重點(diǎn)的說(shuō)明了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)思想、難點(diǎn)技術(shù)和解決方案。

Design and Implementation of Personal Office System for Zhejiang Wanglong Track Limited Company

Abstract: Today's society has entered the era of information society, information has been widespread concern in society, as the three pillars of the social and scientific and technological development (materials, energy, information) one. Information management, decision-making basis for In an organization, the information has the energy of the fourth addition to the human, material and financial resources to occupy an important position. Office automation system is the IT technology for the management of the office information, file information storage device that it can collect, update and retrieve office information file interface; improve work efficiency. The system uses JSP as programming language. The paper introduces the development background of the subject, to complete the development and function of the process.
