現(xiàn)如今研制高效率低污染的發(fā)動機是進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來世界各國所極力追求的目標(biāo)。鑒于柴油機的節(jié)能、高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)實用以及大轉(zhuǎn)矩的諸多特點,汽車開始越來越多的以柴油機作為動力。研究柴油機的燃燒過程,盡可能的提高其動力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性等性能,降低NOx和碳煙等有害物質(zhì)的排放,已經(jīng)成為一項很有意義的工作。除傳統(tǒng)的燃燒過程的研究試驗方法之外,內(nèi)燃機燃燒過程的數(shù)值模擬是建立在試驗基礎(chǔ)上的一項強有力的措施。
本文主要在多維模擬的理論基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用AVL公司開發(fā)的三維數(shù)值模擬FIRE軟件對12V240ZJE型柴油機其燃燒過程在實驗的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的模擬計算與分析,對燃燒室的形狀及其噴射參數(shù)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),使該樣機達(dá)達(dá)到更好的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
(1)、本文結(jié)合內(nèi)燃機的燃燒過程運用AVL公司開發(fā)的三維數(shù)值模擬FIRE軟件系統(tǒng)的描述柴油機缸內(nèi)氣流運動過程、噴霧過程和燃燒過程進(jìn)行模擬仿真計算。
(2)、最后對缸內(nèi)燃燒過程進(jìn)一步的深入研究進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract
Nowadays the development of high efficiency and low emissions engine is since twenty-first Century the world to pursue the goal of. In view of diesel engine energy-saving, efficient, economical and practical as well as large torque characteristics, the car began more and more to the diesel engine as power. Research on diesel engine combustion process, as far as possible to improve the power and economy performance, reduce NOx and carbon smoke emissions of harmful substances, has become a very meaningful work. In addition to the traditional study on combustion process in internal combustion engine test method, numerical simulation of the combustion process is established based on the test of a strong measures.
This paper mainly in multidimensional modeling on the basis of the theory, application of AVL company developed numerical simulation software of FIRE12V240ZJE diesel engine combustion process on the basis of experiments for further simulation and analysis, the combustion chamber shape and injection parameters were improved, so that the prototype to achieve better emission standard.
(1), combined with the combustion process by AVL company developed 3D numerical simulation FIRE software system is described in the diesel engine cylinder air motion process, spray and combustion process simulation calculation.
(2), at the end of the combustion process in cylinder further research prospect.
