本次畢業(yè)設計的題目是數(shù)控回轉工作臺設計。通過對數(shù)控回轉工作臺的設計,讓我在步入社會之前,不僅能夠設計出數(shù)控回轉工作臺,而且能夠掌握機械設計的方法和步驟。本課題研究的主要內容包括:確定數(shù)控回轉工作臺的傳動方案;驅動力計算及其他相關計算;零件設計與校核;零件圖的繪制與三維模型建立;繪制裝配圖及運動仿真。
對于數(shù)控回轉工作臺的設計,首先,進行總體方案設計,傳動方案采用齒輪傳動和蝸桿傳動;然后進行各零件的設計與校核,蝸桿與軸采用整體式結構;蝸輪與工作臺采用螺釘連接;工作臺的平衡通過止推軸承來保證;箱體由支座、箱蓋組成,最后,對各零件進行裝配。
