企業(yè)并購(gòu)中的人力資源整合

【摘要】人力資源整合在企業(yè)并購(gòu)中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。在并購(gòu)的大潮中不乏成功者，失敗者亦存在，究其原因，人力資源的整合問(wèn)題是否恰35當(dāng)、及時(shí)的處理好是左右并購(gòu)結(jié)果的頭號(hào)原因。本文就并購(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀、常見(jiàn)的存在的問(wèn)題以及針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題的解決方案做了詳細(xì)的介紹與闡述。
