摘 要
當(dāng)今,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人民生活水平的不斷提高,環(huán)境污染日趨嚴(yán)重,加大城市污水治理力度勢(shì)在必行。本設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠的設(shè)計(jì),該污水處理廠工程的總規(guī)模達(dá)到50000㎥/d。
采用改良型A2/O氧化溝工藝,該工藝將A2/O與氧化溝的特性相結(jié)合,改良型A2/O氧化溝的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于脫氮除磷效果明顯,BOD負(fù)荷高,能有效防止污水處理廠經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的污泥膨脹。
污水處理流程為:進(jìn)水從泵房到細(xì)格柵,進(jìn)入曝氣沉砂池,再進(jìn)入改良A2/O氧化溝,最后進(jìn)入二沉池,經(jīng)消毒后尾水外排。
本設(shè)計(jì)包含污水處理工藝流程的確定,主要構(gòu)筑物尺寸設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,施工圖紙的繪制等。
設(shè)計(jì)出水水質(zhì)執(zhí)行《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB18918-2002一級(jí)B標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本工程的實(shí)施將顯著改善受納水體水質(zhì),同時(shí)間接產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, with the rapid economic development and the people's living standard improved, environmental pollution is more serious. So it is both inevitable and necessary to develop the urban sewage treatment. The main task of this design is the sewage treatment plant in town, the total of the sewage treatment plant project amount to 50000 tons / day.
This design uses improved A2/O oxidation ditch process. This process combined A2/O with the characteristic of oxidation ditch, the main advantage of the improved A2/O oxidation ditch is the good effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, high load of BOD, can effectively prevent the sludge expansion of the sewage treatment plant that quite often happens.
The wastewater treatment plant for the sewage treatment process: Sewage from the pumping station to the grid, then entering the improved A2/O oxidation ditch. Convergent flow into the secondary sedimentation tank, Into contact with pool, finally the water emissions.
This design contains the identification, the size design and calculation of the mainly constructs, construction drawings drawing etc.
The effluent quality carries out B-level standards from pollutant emission standards of urban sewage treatment plant—GB18918-2002. The implementation of this project will significantly improve the water quality of receiving water, and indirect economic benefits and promote sustainable economic development.
