無(wú)紙化辦公論文

摘   要

本論文主要闡述了無(wú)紙化辦公即利用現(xiàn)代化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)行辦公，可實(shí)現(xiàn)不用紙張和筆進(jìn)行各種事務(wù)的處理，并了解了它在目前市場(chǎng)的需求性和一定的可行性，但只是需要時(shí)間來(lái)證明而已。此文主要是我在國(guó)家圖書(shū)館實(shí)習(xí)后發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，輔以各種書(shū)面材料所寫(xiě)。對(duì)無(wú)紙化辦公的實(shí)現(xiàn)解開(kāi)了神秘的面紗。講述了無(wú)紙化辦公的含義、歷史背景以及無(wú)紙化辦公的設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的利與弊。通過(guò)這些講述來(lái)讓大家了解無(wú)紙化辦公，了解無(wú)紙化辦公的好處。
目前，已經(jīng)有很多企業(yè)甚至學(xué)校應(yīng)用了無(wú)紙化辦公，商業(yè)周刊，美國(guó)能源部，都對(duì)此表明了各自的看點(diǎn)，所以，無(wú)紙化辦公已經(jīng)成為了社會(huì)的趨勢(shì)。

Abstract：
This thesis describes a paperless office, namely the use of modern network technology office, the processing of a variety of transactions without paper and pen, and understand it in the current market demand and feasibility, but just need time to prove it. The article I found in the practice of the National Library, supplemented by a variety of written material written. The realization of the paperless office to unlock the mystery. About the meaning of the paperless office, historical background and the design of the paperless office platform and realize the pros and cons. These texts to let everyone know the paperless office, to understand the benefits of the paperless office.
