摘 要
在現(xiàn)代的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜化，管理越來(lái)越信息化的今天，如何管理好日常的數(shù)據(jù)變得越來(lái)越重要了?，F(xiàn)代的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)不僅包含新房，還包括二手房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)兩部分，所以對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的分類就顯得越來(lái)越重要了。在以前的房地產(chǎn)中介公司，由于沒(méi)有形成一套成熟的管理流程，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的管理相當(dāng)?shù)幕靵y，特別是查詢以前的一些錄入信息，及售出信息時(shí)，效率相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)很低，顧客不但要等待很長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間，而且還加重了員工的工作負(fù)擔(dān)。面對(duì)這樣的局面，隨著房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的不斷成熟，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇，越來(lái)越需要一個(gè)成熟的工具來(lái)管理這些數(shù)據(jù)，提高效率，促進(jìn)企業(yè)的不斷壯大就顯得重要了。
本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)房地產(chǎn)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的錄入，查詢，刪除及修改等相關(guān)功能，同時(shí)該系統(tǒng)還實(shí)現(xiàn)了管理的規(guī)范化，系統(tǒng)的安全性控制以及數(shù)據(jù)的有效處理；本系統(tǒng)是基于Asp的網(wǎng)頁(yè)式設(shè)計(jì)，企業(yè)可以通過(guò)一臺(tái)服務(wù)器與多臺(tái)客戶機(jī)相連接，即C/S模式，通過(guò)一臺(tái)服務(wù)器來(lái)存儲(chǔ)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)及備份。后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)則采用Access 2003。

Abstract
Nowadays, the market of real estate is becoming more and more complex. With the rapid development of management system of information , management of daily data, on the other hand, is becoming more and more important. Modern real estate market includes market of newly built buildings and seconded market. In the pact, most of the estate agents were unable to deal with the data effectively without an efficient system of management .Problems, such as failing to find the useful date days or years before, or data of old customers, are particularly, serious, what’s worse, due to the lack of an effective system of management, customers have to wait for a longtime and the work load of workers in this field is also very heavy. Being faced with this situation, a kind of new system, which is helpful and able to work effectively, is badly needed.
With this new system, people are able to input, search ,amend and delete individual data easily. To sum up, this management of this new system is standard, safe and effective.This system is according to Asp web page type design, the business enterprise can connect with each other with several customer's machine through a server, namely C/S mode, pass a server to saving related data and backup.Backstage database adoption Access 2003.
