中板四輥區(qū)域液壓潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的PLC控制

摘 要
目前，世界上的軋鋼正在向重型化，自動(dòng)化，連續(xù)化的方向發(fā)展。四輥軋機(jī)是現(xiàn)代軋鋼系統(tǒng)中非常重要的軋鋼設(shè)備，它的安全穩(wěn)定性對(duì)于軋鋼來(lái)說(shuō)是非常重要的，這里所研究的就是用PLC來(lái)控制四輥軋機(jī)區(qū)域液壓潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)四輥軋機(jī)的穩(wěn)定安全的運(yùn)行。
PLC（可編程控制器）控制的四輥軋機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)由兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)組成：一是油膜軸承潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，二是滑塊托瓦潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)。這兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)都要受到油箱液位，油箱所受到的壓力，和溫度的影響。PLC就是用來(lái)控制，調(diào)節(jié)這些因素對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的問(wèn)題時(shí)，能夠快速的按照程序的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的處理，使該系統(tǒng)能夠安全穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行，達(dá)到預(yù)期的目的。
該系統(tǒng)還設(shè)計(jì)了故障顯示和故障報(bào)警停機(jī)兩個(gè)功能模塊，使得系統(tǒng)更加的完善化。

Abstract
At present, the steal rolling is becoming heavier, automatic and continuous. The four-high mill is an extremely important steel rolling equipment in the modern steel rolling system, and its security and stabilization are quite important to the steel rolling. In this article, it will study and research how to make the rolling machine be in nation with the PLC which controls area hydraulic pressure lubricates system in the four-high hill.
The four rolling hydraulic system, which the PLC (programmable controller) controls is composed by two systems: one is the oil film bearing lubrication; the other is the slide hold tile lubrication system. These two systems both are influenced by the fluid position of the fuel tank, the pressure, which the fuel tank receives, and the temperature. The PLC is used to control and adjust these factors. It can solve the problems quickly according to the programmers designed.
This system also designs two function modules, which are the breakdown displayed and the breakdown alarmed and stopped, and they make the system even more consummation.
