機房收費管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)

摘 要

隨著學校人數(shù)的不斷增加，學校機房手工管理的難度也不斷增大。手工計費不但效率低，而且容易出錯，也不利于定期的統(tǒng)計工作。為了減輕機房管理人員負擔以及提高工作效率，本文詳細介紹了一個機房收費管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程。
這個系統(tǒng)是單機版的基于門禁技術的管理系統(tǒng)。它具有使用方便、安全可靠等特點。系統(tǒng)以Visual Basic 和 Access 作為開發(fā)工具，采用Windows的圖形界面，支持條形碼閱讀器讀取帳戶信息和鍵盤輸入信息兩種方式進行上機登記，具有跟蹤顯示帳戶余額、下機帳戶結算、支持機房收入查詢以及數(shù)據備份和還原功能，實現(xiàn)了機房上機收費的高效率管理。系統(tǒng)由軟件計算費用，避免了人工計算造成的失誤，也減少了管理人員的工作負擔。這個系統(tǒng)還帶有條形碼編制和打印功能。通過條形碼編制，將所有學生帳戶與相應條形碼對應，基本杜絕了他人仿冒使用帳號的可能。

Abstract

The manual management of the campus computer center is more difficult with the increasing of the number of the undergraduate. The traditional manual accounting has the shortcoming of low efficiency, high inaccuracy and going against the regular statistic work. A management system for computer center’s accounting is developed in the thesis for lightening the burden of the managers and improving the work efficiency.
This management system is based on the door limit technique and used for stand alone terminal, which has the advantages of convenience, security and high reliability, etc. Developed with Visual Basic and Access, the system supports the Windows graphical interfaces and makes the efficient accounting management realization. With the system, users can register from the bar code reader as well as the keyboard, and manger can trace and deal with the user’s account balance, inquiry the center incoming, backup and restore the data. Accounting by the software, it will avoid the mistakes created by the manual computation and reduce the manager's load. The system supports the establishment and printing of the bar code, which binding to the account and puts an end to the counterfeit.
