摘 要
隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和激烈的市場(chǎng)競爭，銷售系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中已占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位，銷售過程中合同又是最重要的組成之一，所以銷售合同管理系統(tǒng)在各方需要下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。銷售合同管理系統(tǒng)是觸及到企業(yè)之間合作管理和企業(yè)自身合同管理的先進(jìn)理念，它需要一個(gè)新的以銷售合同為中心的管理模式，并集成了前臺(tái)和后臺(tái)辦公系統(tǒng)的一整套應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)支持。因此，銷售合同管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)有高度的靈活性和良好的交互性，適用于非結(jié)構(gòu)化支持。
一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的企業(yè)，對(duì)于資源的關(guān)注，已經(jīng)成為決定企業(yè)長久發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。銷售合同管理系統(tǒng)將整個(gè)企業(yè)的各種合同統(tǒng)一管理，并且通過不同的權(quán)限設(shè)定，來區(qū)別每個(gè)角色對(duì)系統(tǒng)的操作范圍。有了良好的數(shù)據(jù)管理基礎(chǔ)，即使合作合同變動(dòng)，樣本丟失，電腦數(shù)據(jù)資料也能夠完整保存，而且擬定合同及其方便，擺脫以往手工作業(yè)的不完善性。
本系統(tǒng)提供了供方基本信息管理，客戶信息管理，地域和材料等信息管理。實(shí)現(xiàn)了銷售合同管理，對(duì)合同進(jìn)行查詢、匯總、統(tǒng)計(jì)、輸出合同明細(xì)表等功能。本管理系統(tǒng)是典型的信息管理系統(tǒng),其開發(fā)主要包括后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和維護(hù)以及前端程序的開發(fā)兩個(gè)方面。對(duì)于前者要求建立起數(shù)據(jù)一致性和完整性強(qiáng)，數(shù)據(jù)安全性好的庫。而對(duì)于后者則要求應(yīng)用程序功能完備,易使用等特點(diǎn)。
經(jīng)過如此情況, 系統(tǒng)采用Access來設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)庫，使用Microsoft公司的Visual basic6.0開發(fā)工具,利用其提供的各種面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)工具,尤其是數(shù)據(jù)窗口這一能方便而簡潔操縱數(shù)據(jù)庫的智能化對(duì)象,首先在短時(shí)間內(nèi)建立系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用原型,然后,對(duì)初始原型系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求迭代,不斷修正和改進(jìn),直到形成用戶滿意的可行系統(tǒng)。
論文主要介紹了本課題的開發(fā)背景，所要完成的功能和開發(fā)的過程。重點(diǎn)的說明了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)思想、難點(diǎn)技術(shù)和解決方案。

Abstract
With the rapid development of technology and fierce competition in the market ,the sales system is in the lead in the enterprise structure .in the process ,the sales contract is one of the most important component, so the sales contract management systems has been emergeded,because of the  needs of all departement. Sales contract management system is a advanced conceptstouch between business management and enterprise contract management, it requires a new management model with the sales contract as a center, and integrated front and back office systems to support a set of applications. Therefore, the sales contract management system should have a high degree of flexibility and good interactivity for unstructured support.
The concern of A modern enterprise for resources has become a deciding long-term development. Sales contract management system will be enterprise-wide unified management of various contracts, and through a different set of permissions, to distinguish each role of the system operating range. With good data management infrastructure, even if the cooperative contract changes, the sample is lost, the data can also be intact, and the Compilation of the contract is very convenient, and the imperfection of the previous manual operation will be improved.
This system provides the basic information of supply-side management, customer information management, region and materials information management. Achieved a sales contract management, contract inquiries, summary, statistics, export contracts with schedules and other functions. This management system is a typical information management system, the development include the establishment and maintenance of back-end database, as well as two aspects of the development of front-end program. For the former require the establishment of data consistency and integrity of the strong data security and good libraries. For the latter procedure requires the application of full-featured, easy to use and so on
So, the system uses Access to design a database, using Microsoft's Visual basic6.0 development as tools, provides a variety of its object-oriented development tools, in particular, the data window that can make it so easy to manipulate the database`s Intelligent Objects. The first ,to create a system prototype in a short time.Then, demand for the initial prototype system iteration and improve the original system until the formation of a viable system.
Paper mainly introduces the development background of this topic, the completed function and the development process. Illustrates the focus of the focus of system design,design, ideasdifficult technology and solutions.
