摘要:在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中,被控對象一般都有純滯后特性。在控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計時一種較為有效的滯后補(bǔ)償方法是采用Smith預(yù)估器,但是常規(guī)Smith預(yù)估器很難在實(shí)際系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用,而且補(bǔ)償?shù)男Ч膊皇呛芾硐?。本文對滯后系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了概述,針對純滯后過程控制的特點(diǎn),通過很多控制方法的比較研究,進(jìn)行大量的計算機(jī)仿真,將提出對純滯后系統(tǒng)的校正,可以在線性實(shí)時確定被控對象的時間常數(shù),純滯后時間,PID算法的比例常數(shù),積分時間常數(shù)微分時間常數(shù),利用Smith對純滯后系統(tǒng)的校正原理,對假定的傳遞函數(shù)R進(jìn)行了校正,對smith校正方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),并對幾種校正方法進(jìn)行了分析仿真比較.

Smith Controller Design Of Time-delay System
Abstract:In the industrial production process, all control plants have pure delay time characteristic generally. One effective compensating method is to use the Smith estimator in the control system design, but the conventional Smith estimator applies in the actual system very difficultly, moreover effect of compensation is not very ideal. This article has carried on the outline to the lag system, In view of pure time delay process control characteristic, Through very many control method comparison research, Carries on the massive computer simulation, Will propose to the pure time delay system adjustment, May be accused the object time-constant in the linear real-time determination, Pure time delay time. PID algorithm proportionality constant, Integrating time constant differentiating time constant, Using Smith to pure time delay system adjustment principle, Has carried on the adjustment to hypothesis transfer function R, Has made the improvement to the smith adjustment method, and has carried on the analysis simulation comparison to several adjustments methods.
