論跨國(guó)公司在國(guó)際投資中的責(zé)任及對(duì)其管制

　　摘要：近幾十年來，跨國(guó)公司已經(jīng)在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有重要地位，它們的活動(dòng)對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起著重要作用和影響。跨國(guó)公司具有強(qiáng)大的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力，在世界范圍內(nèi)追求高額利潤(rùn)，這就會(huì)在跨國(guó)公司子公司與東道國(guó)、子公司與與母國(guó)間、東道國(guó)與母國(guó)間，產(chǎn)生種種矛盾與沖突?？鐕?guó)公司的活動(dòng)會(huì)給有關(guān)國(guó)家以至國(guó)際社會(huì)帶來不利影響，從而就會(huì)產(chǎn)生對(duì)其管制的法律問題。
　　我國(guó)面對(duì)全球化趨勢(shì)，需要采取一系列措施予以應(yīng)對(duì)，如修訂相關(guān)法律，實(shí)施有關(guān)政策，來解決跨國(guó)公司來華投資的種種問題。
　　本文通過研究跨國(guó)公司在國(guó)際投資中的債務(wù)責(zé)任劃分和對(duì)其不法行為的管制，而給予我國(guó)乃至廣大第三世界國(guó)家以啟示。

　　Abstract： In the near decades，the economical relationship of the international had changed in so many aspects.Transnational corporations had took up the important place in the international economy very significantly.
　　The transnational corporations own strong economical power and chase the higher profits.In this circumstance，many conflicts will appear amang the corporations in the different nations.Thus，the activity will bring bad effects to the society，and the problems of control will come out at the same time.
　　So far as our nation，we should amend the relevant laws and establish the relevant policies to solve the problems we may face in the future.
　　At last， this article can give our country， even the nations of third world some inspires.
